Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings detailed plan, elevation, section, Isometric drawings and schematic drawings
• Attend BIM meeting with consultant, main-con, Facility Management, Owner in order to solve the model issues, clashes with correct system design intent
• Responsible for creation drawings, modeling and documentations multiple projects by 
  using AutoCAD and Revit with high level of accuracy and detail
• Responsible to work with concerned engineers in order to complete design of related services
• Able to carry out clash analysis of MEP services and resolve the area of clashes
• Qualified and experienced in building services & MEP drafting principles and 
  standards
• Ability to understand design drawings from other engineering disciplines
• To attend site walk as and when required by the Engineers and Managers.
• Prepare drawings submission format, including title block, notes and legends, drawing to scale, etc.
• Ad-hoc duty assigned by manager.

Job Requirement

• Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk advanced module.
• Certificate in Revit MEP Autodesk advanced module.
• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM preferably from Construction industry.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate initiative and commitment.
• To be able to converse in English and work effectively with Internal staff including Site Foreman, Supervisors, Engineers, Managers and Client’s BIM representatives.
